Cumberland Valley School District utilizes an online process to issue a Certificate of Residency, as required by HACC.
HACC students: Click HERE to complete the online Certificate of Residency form (available starting July 1, 2016).
Please be aware of the following prior to completing the online form:
The certificate being issued is valid from July 1 to June 30 of the current school year.
- You must have been a resident of Cumberland Valley School District on or before July 1, 2016, in order to qualify for your Certificate of Residency from CV.
- Certificate of Residency information as received by CV upon your completion of the online form will be submitted directly to HACC within 7-10 business days. You will not receive a paper copy of your Certificate.
- It is no longer necessary to come into the office as all requests are received online. Paper copies of your Certificate are no longer issued.
Eligibility is determined by where the student lived as of July 1 of that school year.
Please note, students need not re-apply every semester for a new certificate. The certificates are valid for the entire school year, from July 1 through June 30 (summer).
