Robyn Euker, Ed.D.

Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education

Dr. Robyn Euker is a dedicated and systems-oriented professional with a passion for advancing the field of public education. In January of 2024 she was promoted to Assistant Superintendent of Cumberland Valley School District.  In this role, Dr. Euker supports the students and staff of the district’s four secondary buildings.  Prior to her role as Assistant Superintendent, she was CVSD’s Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, where she supervised and lead the K-12 Curriculum Supervisor team worked to ensure K-12 vertical alignment and continuity of instruction across 12 district schools and all students.

 Prior to joining CVSD in 2021, Dr. Euker served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Big Spring School District for five and a half years and was a High School Health and Physical Education teacher, Dean of Students and Assistant Principal at Central Dauphin East High School. Dr. Euker began her professional career in higher education, at Penn State Hershey with the Center for Nutrition and Activity Promotion (CNAP).

 Dr. Euker holds an EdD in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University, a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, and a B.S in Kinesiology from Penn State University.

In her free time, Dr. Euker enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going to her two sons' sporting events.

Gregory Milbrand, Ed.D.

Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education

Dr. Milbrand joined Cumberland Valley School District's administrative team as Assistant Superintendent in April 2019. He brings more than 20 years of educational experience to the district. Dr. Milbrand oversees the curricular and instructional programming, as well as the management, of the District’s eight elementary schools. He believes that supporting and maintaining student success is best achieved through the delivery of high-quality, rigorous instruction, coupled with the development of social skills and emotional competencies.

Dr. Milbrand gained valuable teaching experience within the Central Dauphin School District, where he taught eighth grade earth and space science at Central Dauphin East Middle School, and fourth and fifth grade at North Side Elementary School. He began his administrative career in the Halifax Area School District as an Assistant Secondary Principal and Middle School Principal. In 2013, Dr. Milbrand joined the staff at East Pennsboro Area School District as Supervisor of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment and a year later was appointed Assistant Superintendent of Schools. He spent one year as Acting Superintendent of Schools with East Pennsboro during the 2017-2018 school year. Prior to coming to Cumberland Valley, Dr. Milbrand served as the Assistant Executive Director for the Capital Area Intermediate Unit.

Dr. Milbrand earned his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Education in School Administration, K-12 Principal Certification, and Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from Shippensburg University. Dr. Milbrand received his Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Administration through Immaculata University.

In his free time, Dr. Milbrand enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing golf, and cheering on the New York Yankees.
