Mountain View Middle School students will be participating in state testing on the following dates:
April 23-25 ELA (Grades 6-8)
April 29-30 Math (Grades 6-8)
May 1 Science (Grade 8 only)
May 14-15 Algebra I (students currently in Algebra class)

Additional Reminders for students:
· All cell phones and electronic devices must be stored in lockers or turned off and stored in front of the testing room (including smart watches). (Glucose monitoring devices allowed with pre-approval through nurse).
· Students testing online (ELA/Math small groups and ALL 8th grade science) should bring a fully charged Chromebook each day, along with headphones/ earbuds and a charger.
· No food permitted in the testing room - you may bring a few mints/hard candies (no sharing).
· Water in bottle with a lid is permitted on the floor under/beside your desk (no juice, soda, coffee, tea, or other beverages).
· Bring a book to read when you finish.
· Bring at least two sharpened #2 pencils with good erasers.
· Bring some tissues if you have a cold.
· Get a good night’s sleep, eat a good breakfast, and wear comfortable clothes.
