We are excited to invite parents, guardians, and community members to be a part of the Cumberland Valley High School 4th Annual CV You Day, a special day dedicated to giving students in grades 10-12 a glimpse into life after graduation. On CV You Day, students to attend workshops of their choosing and learn from seasoned professionals about potential careers, passion projects, and hobbies. It is a wonderful opportunity for our community to support our students as they begin to shape their futures.
To make this event a success, we need workshop presenters—people like you! We are looking for volunteers to deliver a series of 30-minute presentations to our students about your career, your hobby, or your passion project. In the past, we have had presentations from local business owners, high school sports referees, artists, engineers and more.
Presenters can choose to participate for the entire day (9 workshops) or for just the morning (6 workshops) or afternoon (3 workshops) sessions.
Date: November 14, 2024
Morning Session: 8:00 am to 11:30 am (Six 30-minute sessions)
Afternoon Session: 12:45 pm to 2:25 pm (Three 30-minute sessions)
(If you stay for the entire day, there will be a break from 11:35 am to 12:40 pm.)
Workshop registrations will be accepted through September 30, 2024.
