Cumberland Valley School District utilizes an online process to issue a Certificate of Residency, as required by HACC.

Please be aware of the following prior to completing the online form:

• You must have been a resident of Cumberland Valley School District on or before July 1, 2024, in order to qualify for your Certificate of Residency from CV.

• Certificate of Residency information as received by CV upon your completion of the online form will be submitted directly to HACC within 7-10 business days. You will not receive a paper copy of your Certificate.

• It is no longer necessary to come into the office as all requests are received online. Paper copies of your Certificate are no longer issued.

The certificate being issued is valid from July 1 to June 30 of the current school year. Eligibility is determined by where the student lived as of July 1 of that school year. 

Please note, students need not re-apply every semester for a new certificate. The certificates are valid for the entire school year, from July 1 through June 30 (summer).
