National Alliance on Mental Health (1.800.950.6264) One of NAMI’s main goals is to ensure that people get help early. National Eating Disorders Association NEDA This site includes a screening tool, hotlines and links to service providers and educational resources.

SafetoSay: Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program teaches youth and adults how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late. With Safe2Say Something, it’s easy and confidential to report safety concerns to help prevent violence and tragedies.

There are many resources in our schools for students and families. Please reach out to a school counselor and an administrator should you need assistance.

The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is a systematic intervention process into the lives of students at risk. An at-risk student is one who has a mental health and/or substance abuse problem. Students may be referred for assistance by other students, staff, or parents. Students may also self-refer. All referrals are confidential and are completed online.
