Technology Support

All stakeholders (staff, parents, students) can contact the Technology Help Desk from anywhere, at any time, if you have questions or need assistance with any district owned hardware, software or application. The help desk portal contains a number of answers to frequently asked questions to help you find the District services you need quickly and easily.

During this remote learning period the Technology Help Desk is staffed daily during the weekdays from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and can be contacted using the same methods as during the traditional school year. The website, email address and phone number are in the footer below. Students and staff can use all three methods and parents can use email or the phone number. Because everyone is working remotely additional staff members have been assigned to telephone support. We are also planning for appropriate hardware support for broken or non-functional district owned devices during this extended closure. A hardware swap program to manage hardware repairs is being developed and will be available by appointment through the help desk. Specific information to the students and families who have district equipment will be provided at a later date.
